KW Krew
2012 KreW is running a new 10 week fitness program for all ages within our club. We have new fitness coaches this year and the focus will be on fitness, strength and agility.
Starts: Monday 6th February for 10 weeks
Time: Monday afternoons 5pm – 6pm, Burringbar Park
What to bring: a drink bottle, running shoes and be prepared to have some fun!
